Honda Recoil Starter For GXV120 & GXV140 with Metal Pawls (P/N 28400-ZE6-T02)

This replacement recoil assembly is for Honda engine models GXV120 and GXV140 and is used on Honda mower models HR194, HR215, HRA215, HRC215, HR2150, and HR1950. 

It may have other applications - match part numbers to verify fitment and compatibility.

Has two metal pawls (instead of plastic pawls) for increased durability and longevity.

This is the same as the R8 and R280 Honda recoils, but it has upgraded metal pawls instead of plastic pawls prone to breaking over time!

The assembly includes the metal housing, pull string and handle, and pulley and spring assembly - this is the complete unit. Remove the old one by loosening the 3 bolts, then install this one in reverse order.

• Honda 28400-ZE6-T02 (Direct replacement for this part number)
• Honda 28400-ZE6-003ZD (RECOIL *R8* - Only difference is this recoil has upgraded metal pawls)
• 28400-ZE6-003ZA (RECOIL *R280* - Only difference is this recoil has upgraded metal pawls)
