Shipping -

To the US-48 - We use USPS, UPS and FedEx for shipping.  Most orders arrive within 1-3 business days (2:00 PM EST same-day shipping cut-off time).  We are located in Northern Kentucky but some orders will ship from a different location.

Orders below $350 before tax & shipping - $9.95 - $9.95 is our 'flat-rate' shipping and handling fee - no matter what is on the order, if the shipping address is within the US-48, the total cost for the shipping label, box, packaging and warehousing/labor is just $9.95.

Orders $350 or more before tax & shipping - Free Shipping - Nothing is charged for shipping and handling for order $350 or more shipping to an address within the US-48.

International Shipping - If you are not located within the US-48, email us with your address and order details so we can provide you with shipping rates and options for your consideration.

Returns & Refunds - 

We use what we call the 'Reasonable Return Policy.'  If we made a mistake, we cover all expenses.  If our customer purchased the wrong part, we will issue a refund per our return and refund policy which will be a full refund for the price paid for the item minus the actual outgoing shipping cost.  Read the 'Refund Policy' found at the bottom of nearly every page on our website for more information.

Stock Status -

We do our best to mark items that are out of stock as out of stock on our website.  Items that are out of stock cannot be purchased but you can let us know you'd like to be notified when they are available again by emailing us.

If you do purchase an item that is out of stock, we will contact you as quickly as possible to notify you and will issue a 100% full refund immediately.

Sales Tax -

We are located in the state of Kentucky so we always have to collect KY sales tax.  Since we ship orders to other states, we have to collect sales tax in some other states based on the NEXUS threshold for that state.  If we do need to collect sales tax shipping to your state, the correct sales tax amount will be shown on your checkout page.

OEM vs Aftermarket -

We carry a mix of OEM and aftermarket parts.  Due to non-disclosure agreements with OEMs and OEM suppliers, we do not always know if a part we carry is an OEM part or not.  If a part we carry is not an OEM part, it is built to OEM specifications or exceeds OEM specifications. 

We are a dealer for Rotary, Stens, A&I Products/Sunbelt Outdoor Products, Novae Corp, Havener Enterprises, The Green Guard, Small Engine Distributors, and more.  We also manufacturer Lawn Crack brand products.
