2026 Updates
iGoPro Lawn Supply has the right to deny a return or refund for any reason. Please consider all sales final.
With that said, we are reasonable people and are happy to accept returns from reasonable people.
If we make a mistake, we will make it right at no expense to you as quickly as possible.
We also stand behind our products. If you have an issue with the quality or completeness of a part, please bring it to our attention so we can address it.
Please understand that we needed to add this language to our return and refund policy due to the increasing number of customers who randomly buy products and request a return and refund. We cannot keep up. 99% of the time, the customer made an honest mistake. No problem, we understand. If the reason for the return is not the fault of iGoPro Lawn Supply, the customer is responsible for purchasing the return shipping label. We can no longer pay our staff to perform this task.
We can issue partial refunds to reasonable people after we receive the product back in new condition. iGoPro Lawn Supply will not pay for shipping to or from, and must cover the overhead cost of processing each return (AKA a 'restock' fee can range from 5% to 100%). We simply want to break even on returns outside our control.
Return and Refund Policy Prior To 2026
If the item has been used or installed, it is not eligible for a refund.
Electrical parts, such as PTO clutches, cannot be returned. If you believe you have a warranty claim, please send us detailed information.
You must contact us within 30 days of your purchase date to be eligible for a return, exchange, refund, or partial refund.
If the reason for the return is a *mistake made by our customer, we cannot pay the shipping fees we incurred to you, the shipping fees back to us, and a minimum 20% restocking fee will be assessed.
We reserve the right not to issue a refund at all if our customer proves to be an unreasonable person in our opinion.
*We request that you provide us with the information needed to verify the parts you are ordering in the note section of the cart on our website, and you should receive an email double-checking that you are 100% confident you ordered the correct parts, because we are happy to make sure. If you choose to ignore these requests or fail to enter an email address when placing your order, we apologize, but we cannot pay for your mistakes. Thanks for understanding.
If an item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately and send us pictures of the packaging and damaged product. We will need these photos to submit a damage claim to the shipping carrier for reimbursement. If this happens, we are more than happy to issue you a refund or re-ship your order; just let us know your preference.
Free returns:
If you do not want to worry about any costs associated with a return and refund, put your machine's model and serial number (and other applicable details) in the note section when placing your order on the checkout page.
Canceling an order:
Once an order is in the possession of the shipping carrier, it cannot be canceled. Most orders are processed within 1 hour of us receiving the order during business hours (some are processed immediately). With that said, if we can cancel your order, we will issue a refund*. If we cannot cancel the order because it has already shipped, you may follow the return and refund policy outlined below.
*If your order has already been picked and packed, whether it has a tracking number added to the order or not, $13.95 (or more, at iGoPro Lawn Supply's discretion) will not be refunded to account for the cost involved with your careless purchase. This fee covers the box or envelope, packaging material, and overhead and wages used to fulfill your order and process the cancellation and refund. Thanks for understanding. We wouldn't have to do this if it didn't happen several times per week and eat up a lot of our small business's resources.
If you choose to refuse delivery:
Please note that if you choose to refuse delivery of your order, we may not be able to assist you in obtaining a refund. We ship roughly 80% of orders from our warehouse in Foster, KY. Some orders are shipped directly to our customers by the manufacturer or distributor we are a dealer for. Depending on the circumstances of your order, choosing to return it to the sender may result in the forfeiture of a refund.
Self-service returns:
You can request a return by logging into our website. Our website allows customers to request a return when logged into their account. Please note that you may receive an email from us informing you that your return was declined. This does not mean you cannot return the item for a refund, per our return and refund policy outlined below. All that it means is that the information you provided when requesting the return does not qualify for us to provide you with the return label. The cost of the return label will be your responsibility.
Antego Tire & Wheel Returns:
If you purchased Antego brand tires, rims, or wheel & tire assemblies, please email us with the reason for your return. We will work with Antego to obtain a return label and refund for you. Antego will handle their product returns. If you purchased from us, please contact us to ensure your return and refund are handled efficiently.

Please email us the name on your order and/or the order number, along with the reason for your return.
We need to be aware of your return to ensure it is handled appropriately. Some returns may not use the Foster, KY address above.
If a return is shipped to the incorrect address, we are willing to assist. This is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Returns and refunds are handled in 1 of 2 ways, depending on the reason for the return.
1) Your order arrived as advertised and undamaged, but you wish to return for any reason (doesn't fit your application, change of mind, etc). In this case, your return will be handled in this manner:
You are responsible for purchasing a return shipping label from your preferred carrier. Please send the product back to us for a refund. More details below.
Shipping charges for items shipped to you and for returns are your responsibility unless the reason for the return was an error on our end (Examples: the wrong item was shipped to you or the information provided in our listing was not accurate).
Please email us at admin@igoprolawnsupply.com once you have received the tracking number for your return, so we can process it quickly upon arrival at our facility.
Items returned in new condition may incur a restocking fee at our discretion. Items returned in new condition will receive a maximum restocking fee of 25% of the item's price. Damaged, incomplete, or electrical returns can incur a restock fee of up to 100%.
Refunds will be made once the returned item has been received and inspected.
We will notify you via email once the return and refund have been processed. Please allow 14 days from the date we receive the order for the credit to be processed back to your account.
Actual shipping and handling charges (there is no such thing as 'free shipping') will be deducted from the product credit unless the return is due to an error on our part.
2) If the reason for the return was the result of an error made by iGoPro Lawn Supply, your return will be handled in this manner:
Email us at admin@igoprolawnsupply.com and let us know the issue. Please attach images of the items you received, along with any packing slips included in the box.
If the error is made on our end, you will receive a full refund of your entire purchase price and will not have to pay for the return shipping label.
Once we receive your email, we will quickly investigate the issue. If we confirm we made an error, you will receive a free return label via email. Please package the item carefully inside the box before sealing it. Attach the provided RMA/RGA label to the box and drop it off at the shipping carrier of the label (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Some of our return labels will include QR codes that you can scan to have the carrier pick up the package from your location for your convenience.
Your refund will be issued once we see the return is in possession of the shipping carrier per the tracking number, if you have provided us with the info and pictures we need to be able to issue the refund at this time. If not, your refund will be issued once your item is returned to our facility and inspected.
Email us at admin@igoprolawnsupply.com and a representative will give you the necessary return goods authorization (RGA/RMA). They will also give you instructions regarding the location where you should return the item.
Refunds will be made once the returned item has been received and inspected.
