The only difference worth noting between the regular and "-RH" versions of RedMax blowers is the location of the throttle control.  "-RH" versions integrate the throttle controls into the 'normal' position on the blower tube handle.  Models without "-RH" have the throttle controls on the hip, not on the blower tube handle.
