Exmark Sulky Wheel & Tire P/N 103-9591 Replacement (Flat-Free w/ Grease Fitting)

We created a greasable flat-free wheel and tire assembly to replace Exmark Part Number 103-9591 which is used on some 1-wheel Exmark brand lawn mower sulkies.  It is also used on some lawn mower models.

This aftermarket replacement has a grease fitting and uses a roller cage bearing inside the hub.

We include the spanner bushing.  

All the dimensions of this assembly match the OEM specifications, making it a suitable replacement option at a fraction of the OEM cost with OEM quality.

  • 11x4.00-5 Carefree Flat-Free Tire with Smooth Tread (4.00-4)
  • 4-1/2" Centered Hub with Roller Cage Bearing & Grease Zerk Fitting
  • 1/2" Final I.D. (Bore) (The spanner bushing that is included reduces the ID from 3/4" to 1/2" to accept the axle bolt.)
