Exmark's Sulky Design Patent Expired

The lift and latch system used on Emark's Stand On sulky is no longer protected by its patent.  Competitors have begun recreating the design of their sulkies to match.  This 2-wheel sulky for Exmarks, and almost every other brand, is a fraction of the price and will perform almost exactly the same.  The replacement parts for our sulkies are much cheaper than replacing parts on an Exmark or Velke brand sulky as well.
