18x8.5-10 is a similar tire size.  205/50-10 tires are 1/2" narrower than 18x8.5-10.  The height and width of the tire are the same.  If your golf cart uses either of these tire sizes, you could opt to replace the tires with the other tire size.  We recommend replacing all 4 tires if you do switch tire sizes.
