The whole point of iGoPro Lawn Supply is to get people the parts and supplies they need quickly and at the lowest price possible. We simply don't mark up certain items excessively like most other dealers do. We also don't pay eBay or Amazon 15% of each sale which allows us to be very competitive along with being an online store which keeps our overhead to a minimum. We pass the savings along to you, our customer!

We try to keep our store up-to-date to reflect accurate stock status. Many manufacturers are struggling to source materials and retain employees right now causing more items to be out of stock than normal.
If you purchase an out of stock item, we will contact you ASAP to let you know we are issuing a full refund or find an alternative replacement whether we have it or if we find it on one of our competitors' sites.

Ryan started his first job in the green industry when he was 18. At 24 he started his own lawn & landscape business. When Ryan was 34 he sold his business and started selling lawn & garden products online as well as building websites for lawn & landscape companies across the country.

Why are your prices so low?
Is 'XYZ' in stock?
More than likely yes. We try to keep our stock-status up-to-date on our website. If you purchase something that is out of stock, we will contact you with options including an immediate full refund. You can also email us the SKU and/or product name you are looking at to inquire if it is in stock or not. Items that are know to be out of stock will be clearly noted as such on the product's page.
When will my order ship/how long does shipping take?
Most orders will ship the same day they are placed if placed before 2:00 PM EST. Most orders ship from the Greater Cincinnati, Ohio area and arrive to you within 1-3 business days depending on how far you are from Cincinnati. If you live in the Northeast or out West, shipping times could be 4-5 business days because of the distance.
Small, light, and inexpensive items may take a couple of extra days to arrive.
Are the products you sell made in the USA?
Approximately 80% of the products we sell are made in the USA! For example, some of our best selling products are made by Wall Industries and the Novae Corporation, both of these companies are based in Indiana. Copperhead lawn mower blades are also best sellers and are made in Georgia.

What's your return policy?
Our return and refund policy is clearly laid out in our return and refund policy. In short, if the error causing the need for the return was made on our customers end, they are responsible for the shipping fees. If the error was made on our side, we pay the shipping fees and will issue a full refund. Pretty simple. Very reasonable. Please contact us before making your purchase if you are unsure that you are purchasing the correct part!
